Study Delay: What are the conditions and possible facilities?
If you do not function well for a (longer) period of time, it is important that you also report this at your programme. Inform your study career advisor and make arrangements with him/her about the (feasible!) study programme. If you want to apply for certain exam facilities, ask for a postponement, or need an extra exam opportunity, you should generally request this from the Examination Committee of your study programme.
It may also be wise to discuss things with the student councellor. The student councellor can inform you about the consequences of study delay and the options available to limit the delay. If study delay is unavoidable, the student councellor can help you find out whether you are eligible for (extra) financial support.
